Loppington Parish Council meets bi-monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm in Loppington Village Hall
The agenda’s for the meetings will normally be displayed here 3 clear working days beforehand. Links to all documents are shown in blue.
Draft minutes of the last meeting will also be displayed. The minutes will normally be approved as a true record at the next meeting of the Parish Council
The Parish Council has a 15 minute public open session during its meetings. Everyone is invited to be present and to speak during the public open session.

In order to help control the spread of CV19 the Parish Council will reduce paperwork and will not be printing additional copies of the agenda.
If you have symptoms: a temperature, continuous cough, loss of smell and/or taste, please stay at home.
From 8th August face coverings are required in community buildings and therefore must be worn at Parish Council meetings (subject to exceptions for health reasons).
The Parish Council request that anyone wishing to attend a meeting to please contact the Clerk as it would help for social distancing purposes to know numbers. If anyone is uncomfortable attending but has something to say in the public session please e-mail a statement to the Clerk .
