Open Meadows Day – 4 July 2026
To celebrate National Meadows Day, MARCHES MEADOW GROUP – Shropshire open meadows 4th July , 10am – 4pm

More than 20 local Marches Meadow Group members will open their gates (most not normally open to the public).
Sites include newly established meadows to more mature sites and range from the size of a small lawn to several acres in extent.
Talk to meadow owners for hints and tips and learn more about the art of meadow-making and the unique beauty and importance of our native meadows.
Full day tickets are £5 (free to MMG members) and are available on Eventbrite here where there is also a map showing the open meadows.
