Sections 20(2) and 25 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 Section 16 of the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/234)
From the 1st July 2015 the Council is required to publish, on its website, its Annual Returns and other documents. As the end of year financial information, statement and reports become available you will find them on this website by following the links.
Loppington Parish Council has claimed exemption therefore the Annual Return will not be reviewed by the appointed auditor, and no external auditor certificate and report, or any other closure documentation, will be issued for this reporting year
