About information available to the public.
Subject to certain exceptions, any person has the right to access information held by Loppington Parish Council (the Parish Council). The Council is required to publish some information which you will find on this website. Any person is entitled to make requests for information which has been recorded by public authorities including the Parish Council.
This does not include personal data. If you wish to make a request for information you believe the Parish Council holds about you, you will need to make a subject access request.
The attached documents will help you to find out more and how to make a request.
Loppington Parish Council must comply with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016 and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 and process personal data with care and in line with the principles of data protection.
