As part of the the Government Smart Meter rollout programme Clarke Telecom are consulting on the requirement for a base station in Loppington.
The pre-application letter contains information about site assessment and the preferred location of the base station.
The developer is currently reviewing these and other sites in the area.

The Parish Council welcomes the views of residents of Loppington and others who may have an interest in this proposal.
Residents may wish to attend the Parish council meeting and speak in the public open session or may send comments via e-mail.
The Parish Council will not be in a position to discuss or comment on the proposals until such time as a formal planning application is submitted to Shropshire Council Planning Authority.
