Overhead Line:
The construction works on the overhead line are complete and, as such, this now forms part of the SPEN operational asset base and is scheduled to be energised week commencing 25th July 2022.
SP Energy will be writing to all landowners shortly informing them of this status and to highlight the LOOK OUT LOOK UP Safety Campaign.

Underground Cable (Henley Wood and A5 areas):
These works are also complete and to mark this milestone, members of the team volunteered at a recent Henley Wood Park Run.
Substation Works:
Wem: The final electrical works are nearing completion and remain on schedule to commission the new grid transformer later this month.
Oswestry: The works are completed, with commissioning also on schedule to be completed later this month.
Overall, the programme continues to schedule with all works due for completion by end of the summer.
